No BlamingNO BLAMING: The Personalized Method for Interpreting Dreams (PMID) is not about blaming others. It is about discovering whether the dreamer’s reactions in earlier experiences are deterrents to (or encouragements to) his or her healthy reactions in current relationship experiences. If deterrents, the dreamer takes responsibility for changing her or his thoughts, attitudes (emotions) and behavior (actions) to alleviate the stress she or he feels. Blaming another, regardless of who might have influenced the dreamer’s earlier stressful reactions, will only delay the dreamer’s ability to change unhelpful reactions in current relationship experiences. |
